'Maverick Productions UK' is a parent company which operates business in the form of 'Sole Trader'. We exist to develop various new media and established media projects.

Signature of the Order Confirmation or Quote by or on behalf of the Client indicates acceptance by Maverick Productions UK of an official Order either written or verbal - however received. The Client is therefore bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sale herewith.

Signature of the Order Confirmation or Quote by or on behalf of the Client indicates the Client's agreement to fully indemnify Maverick Productions UK, Adept Web Design, Central Naming Authorities, ICANN, sub-contractors and any other Third Parties against all claims, damages, penalties and expenses arising from:-

(where the Client is applying for registration of a domain name) any Third Party allegation that the name as registered infringes any rights owned by a Third Party, and

(where the Client is using the e-mail or Web site services) any allegation that any part of the content of the web site or of an e-mail message constitutes an actionable wrong under civil law or an offence under criminal law.

Issuance of an official Invoice by Maverick Productions UK indicates acceptance by Us of an official Order either written or verbal - however received. The Client is therefore bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sale herewith.

The Client acknowledges that Maverick Productions UK's service consists of: website design, maintenance, Internet consultancy, freelance writing, ghostwriting, eBook development and publishing, and acting as a Third Party where other products and/or services are required. Accordingly, Maverick Productions UK will have no liability to the Client for any failure in any service except where the failure arises through Maverick Productions UK's own negligence or deliberate fault. In any case Maverick Productions UK will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage the Client may suffer.

Pre-registration of any newly introduced domain name(s) does not guarantee that the client will be able to own and/or use that domain name when the new name(s) "go live" (i.e. can be used on the Internet). Nor does Maverick Productions UK offer any such guarantee.

Copyright remains with Maverick Productions UK at all times and no website, article, book or eBook (either complete or in part) may be used by the Client anywhere else without prior written consent from Maverick Productions UK. This does not include any graphics or images used that were supplied by the Client or obtained from other sources (e.g. public domain clipart, stock photograph libraries, etc).

In the absence of any other specific payment terms agreed in writing by Maverick Productions UK, payment by the Client is due no more than fourteen days from the date of Maverick Productions UK's applicable invoice. Dependent on the value of the Contract, we require between 33% and 50% deposit on signing of the Order (or award of the Contract or job if obtained via Elance or other Third Party systems).

In the event of non-payment of any amount by the Client when due, or if the Client defaults on any other agreed payment terms, Maverick Productions UK will have the right to do all or any of the following: (a) cease providing any product or service to the Client upon giving to the Client not less than seven days written notice of withdrawal (notwithstanding any subsequent payment by the Client), (b) charge interest on any overdue sum from the date of the applicable Invoice to the date of actual payment, (c) recover from the Client all Maverick Productions UK's actual and reasonable costs of recovering amounts due.

Maverick Productions UK requires a notice period of one full calendar month by written instruction from the Client in order to terminate any services supplied. Where payments are being made quarterly (if agreed in writing), full payment will be due for such services up to the end of the quarter following that in which written instructions are received.

Maverick Productions UK, its sub-contractors nor its Third Party suppliers cannot be held responsible for failure of websites and/or other products or services supplied due to any or all of the following: acts of God, acts of war, acts of terrorism, other natural, man-made or cosmic disasters either known or unknown at this time.

Maverick Productions UK reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms And Conditions of Sale without prior notice.
